ALFO NY, (“Artistic Latex Foam Company of New York”) went out of business in the early 70’s but was based in New Rochelle, NY. They made figurehead decor for homes/ restaurants. This figure lived at “The Blue Gull” restaurant of Virginia Beach, Virginia that went out of business in the 80’s. Original owner.  PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY accepted.
