LOCATION, LOCATION I have a 2 family apartment building for sale.  Nothing owed on it accept some taxes. I have the warranty deed.  I bought this place before I decided to move to Florida. Now I dont have the time  or finances to remodel this place. I was going to remodel it myself. But things came up in life. There are no lens or anything owed on the property i guarantee it. Because I paid for insurance and a warrantied deed search. The fire was contained to one room that’s the front room where the fire melted the siding in the front. Remove the old siding and install plywood  then siding.  There is a place called rome General lumber and Lous Bargain Bin. It’s the same business.  Has siding for  $50 a square and even roofing material  owen corning $50 a sq. But you don’t need roofing.  Interior doors on jams ready for install 6 panel hollow $65. Vinyl windows starting at $59 double hung. All building material is at a fraction of the price they have everything there to build a house and complete it from the ground up. I don’t have pictures of it but behind the house is a garage and behind the garage is a beautiful extra large yard that goes back to the creek!  Feel free to make me a offer.
